Hoisin noodles with chicken, garlic & sesame
These noodles with hoisin, garlic and sesame are a simple but flavour-packed dish that is perfect for busy weekdays. The sweet-savory hoisin sauce combined with sesame oil, garlic and spring onions gives plenty of depth and umami – without being heavy. The dish can be enjoyed on its own or served as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetables.
Ingredients
- 400 g tørrede hvede- eller ægnudler
- 60 ml hoisinsauce
- 2 spsk sojasauce
- 1 spsk sesamolie
Instructions

Noodles with hoisin, garlic and sesame – quick Asian everyday food
At Qookware we love food, especially dishes that are quick and easy to make during busy days. Noodles with hoisin, garlic and sesame are an obvious dish when you want to make a quick and tasty dinner with few ingredients.
Crispy cheese sticks are a great example of how simple ingredients can become something special when used correctly. The combination of crispy filo pastry and creamy cheese makes the dish suitable as a snack, starter or part of a tapas table. It's the type of recipe that works just as well for everyday use as it does for guests.
When working with filo dough, it's all about giving the dish the right heat so that the surface becomes crispy without the filling losing its soft texture. With the right equipment and a little attention during preparation, you will get a uniform result, where each cheese stick becomes golden and crispy all the way around.
This recipe fits well into a kitchen that focuses on flavor, texture, and good ingredients – without being complicated. The technique can easily be transferred to other filo pastry dishes or oven-baked snacks, making cheese sticks a versatile favorite that you can return to again and again.
Whether you make them as a quick snack, part of a larger meal, or as inspiration for new variations, it's a recipe that shows how quality and simplicity can go hand in hand in the kitchen.
