Boning knives in 67 layers of steel

Here at Qookware, we have three different versions of the classic boning knife. However, it is not quite classic as all our boning knives are made of 67 layers of high quality Damascus steel, which means that you get a boning knife that is incredibly resistant to corrections. This only affects your boning knife even more positively, as it also means that it does not become dull as quickly as other kitchen knives that are not made of 67 layers of steel. Our Rose knife series also includes a boning knife that has a hardness of 62 HrC according to the Rockwell scale, which is one of the most recognized methods of measuring the quality of a knife.

Rose boning knife – precision and control in the kitchen

A good boning knife should give you maximum control when working close to bones, tendons and fat. Our boning knife from the Rose series is designed with a narrow and flexible blade, which makes it easier to follow the natural structure of the meat and cut precisely without wasting ingredients. The ergonomic handle ensures a stable grip, while the high hardness of the steel provides a sharp edge that lasts a long time. The result is a boning knife that is suitable for precision work with meat, poultry and fish - and for those who want professional performance in the kitchen.

Boning knife from Rose Series

Our boning knife from our Rose Series is made of 67 layers of steel with a core of VG-10 steel, in addition, it is made with a handle of rosewood. The handle itself can best be described as being shaped like a drop. The handle itself becomes narrower and narrower the closer you get to the blade. This means that you get a boning knife that is not only incredibly sharp, aesthetically pleasing to look at, but also ergonomically correct. Last but not least, the handle is design protected due to its unique design.
